The Wayfarer originally made out of wood is now manufactured out of fiberglass. It is a stable sailing dinghy similar to the CL 16 with a hard chine suitable for both beginners and experienced sailors. Like the CL 16 it also has a centerboard trunk in the middle of the cockpit. Both boats have a pivoting mast for easy rigging, a kick up centerboard and rudder and a storage compartment up front and in the back. Quiet Waters does not sell new Wayfarers, only used ones as we get them in. See the Hunter 146, compare features.
